Returns & Refunds:

You may return your order within 10 days of receipt.  You must notify us by emailing WabassoBeachShop@gmail.com. We will credit you within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise.  Please check that you meet all of the requirements listed below: 

•  The item(s) were purchased within the previous 15 days.
•  Merchandise is in the original packaging with tags attached.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene. Swimwear is non-returnable.
• Custom-made items or goods that have been personalized to your needs.
• Products such as perishable items or those with an expiration date.

Returned items are shipped at your risk and expense. We cannot be responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment.  Therefore, we recommend using a tracked and insured mail service.
